Day 38 Portland to Portland - Meadville to Bradford PA

The return of the Century ride.  Today was day 1 of 3 in a row.  Fortunately we are rapidly approaching the final rest day of the trip in Cazenovia, NY.  In addition to the miles and elevation - 101 and 6000 ft - the cool temperatures were also waiting for us today.  42 degrees at departure with a high of 54 for the day.  We did get a little toasty on the climbs.

Great ride today.  We climbed through the mountains and up to near the NY border.  For such a big state, it seems weird that we are only here for 2 days.  That just means state 12 is that much closer!

We arrived in Bradford PA with time to do laundry AND make it tot a brewery prior to dinner. That makes is a good day.  Bradford Brew Station.  Todays picture is of a Pumpkin Pie Shandy.  Truly an enjoyable beer.

New York tomorrow early in the ride.  We are headed to Corning.
